Medicare Advantage Plans, sometimes called "Part C" or "MA Plans," are offered by private companies approved by Medicare and provide Medicare Part A and Part B coverage. Medicare prescription drug coverage is insurance run by an insurance company or other private company approved by Medicare. You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium. A Private Fee-for-Service plan is not a Medicare supplement plan. Providers who do not contract with our plan are not required to see you except in an emergency.

For plans with Part D Coverage: Estimated costs reflect the use of each Medicare plan's approved pharmacy network. Plan formularies (listing of covered drugs) may change throughout the year.

SilverScript - Plans may not include all types of pharmacies.
SilverScript - This tool provides useful information to help you review plans based on your current drug needs. The drug costs displayed are estimates and may vary based on the specific quantity, strength and/or dosage of the medication, the order in which you purchase your prescriptions, and the pharmacy you use. But it also is important to look beyond your current needs at the insurance value of Medicare prescription drug coverage. Enrolling now gives you peace of mind because the coverage will be there even if your drug needs become more significant in the future. And any time you spend out-of-pocket more than $4,750 in a year, Medicare will pay almost all of your remaining drug costs.
SilverScript - Our plan's contract with Medicare is renewed annually, and availability of coverage beyond the end of the current contract year is not guaranteed. The Evidence of Coverage explains your rights, benefits, and responsibilities as a member of our Plan.
