Medicare Supplement Plans - Plan B
Includes Part A Deductible Coverage
No one ever said that Medicare insurance wouldn't be confusing. Medicare Supplement Insurance Plan B is different than Medicare Part B. Plan B is a private insurance plan used alongside Original Medicare Part A and Part B and it covers various out-of-pocket costs such as deductibles and co-payments. Plan B's benefits are identical to Medigap Plan A benefits except that Plan B also covers the deductible due for Medicare Part A benefits.
